John Hepworth - An extensive background in retail and supply chain operations. John started out in retail as a Tea Boy Third Class for a national retail chain and ended up as an Operations Manager responsible for a national network of retail outlets. Since leaving retail in 2003 John has been involved in other parts of the supply chain. "I've been to both ends of the supply chain." John says. "From busy Saturdays on a shop floor selling technical product to the public to developing product at factories in China." Add this to running a busy fulfilment business and John has an understanding that spans most of a products lifecycle. From product conception through to selling and finally delivery to the end user."
Jim Hepworth - Originally trained as a joiner Jim somehow ended up in the role of despatch manager for one of Europe's largest reprographics and digital media companies. After spending 10 years in this role Jim moved on to a new challenge. The next 7 years were spent as warehouse manager for a busy logistics business. His not forgotten joinery skills still come in handy from time to time.
Cooper - An active member of the Leeds branch of The British Association For German Shepherd Dogs and is working his way through the various classes with the ultimate aim of reaching the top class where all the really clever dogs train. As trainee head of security Cooper puts his skills to good use keeping and eye on visitors whilst also ensuring the maintenance of high standards of security in and around the premises. Anyone bringing contraband onto the premises is soon sniffed out. There is nothing Cooper enjoys more than conducting a search of the warehouse. He can find pretty much anything he sets his mind to. Tea bags, cash, coffee, his favourite toy plus other substances he's been trained to find. He can also track people when out and about and loves a good trail to follow.
